You may request a return or exchange within 48 hours of delivery Returns are only accepted for:

✅ Wrong item received
✅ Manufacturing defects

Used, washed, or worn products Fragrances and personal wear (for hygiene reasons) Orders placed with discount codes or during sales

Items must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact The customer must share unboxing video proof in case of damage/defect Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the item was incorrect/damaged
